    Every single piece of EmberGrace glassware is handcrafted using artisan printing techniques right here in our Leeds studio [2.1]. To preserve the vibrant depth, diamond clarity, and long-term durability of your personalized design, please adhere strictly to the following care protocols:

    • Hand Wash Only: Wash gently by hand using warm water, a mild dishwashing liquid, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge or cloth. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

    • Do Not Soak: Never leave the board submerged or soaking in a sink filled with water. Prolonged water exposure can break down the specialized structural bond behind the custom artwork layer. [1, 2]

    • Keep Out of the Dishwasher: This product is strictly not dishwasher safe. The extreme high temperatures, high-pressure water jets, and harsh chemical detergents inside a dishwasher cycle will permanently compromise the finish and backing of your artisan print.

    • Drying Instructions: Immediately after rinsing, dry the board thoroughly with a clean tea towel, paying special attention to the underside edges. Allow it to air-dry completely on a drying rack before storing flat. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

    • Avoid Harsh Scrapers: Do not use steel wool, abrasive scouring pads, or metal blades on the printed reverse side of the board.

      • Machine Washable: The removable miniature hoodie is fully machine washable. Wash it inside out on a gentle, cool cycle (maximum 30°C).

      • Detergent & Bleach: Use a mild, color-safe detergent. Do not use bleach or harsh fabric softeners, as these can break down the specialized structural bond of the custom print wrap.

      • Drying & Ironing: Air-dry flat. Do not tumble dry. If ironing is required, turn the garment completely inside out and use a cool setting. Never iron directly over the personalized artwork or initials.


      2. The Plush Teddy Bear 🧸

      • Surface Wash Only: Do not submerge the plush bear in water or place it inside a washing machine, as this will ruin the premium texture of the luxury faux fur.

      • Spot Cleaning: If the bear gets marked, gently spot-clean the area using a damp microfiber cloth, warm water, and a tiny drop of mild baby soap. [1]

      • Drying the Fur: Allow the bear to air-dry naturally in a warm room. Once completely dry, you can gently brush the plush fur with a soft-bristled brush to restore its original ultra-soft bounce. [1, 2]
